Ep.62_Influence and Platforms are available for Anyone
Leaders can't control the the access to a platform. The Days of having the upper hand..due to the fact that the leader would be the one that would give the opportunity to up and coming leaders. Although that is still a key part of development, the time when someone steps up is out of the leaders control.
In todays environment Leaders should start thinking about strategic partnership, because influence is no longer base one on persons platform.
