It is amazing what inspiration can drive a person to do. Witness the works of the psalmist; driven to write some of the most wonderful songs of praise as well as some depressing accounts of sadness and sorrow - all the work of God's Holy Spirit in his life that allowed him both to give thanks as well as to ask forgiveness.
