Acid Reflux : Acid that is in your stomach backs up into the esophagus

Esophagus: is the tube that carries food from your mouth to your stomach

Symptoms of Acid Reflux  are Heartburn and Regurgitation

Live style changes to treat Acid Reflux

Stop smoke (if your a smoker)

Eat meals at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime

Lose weight (if your overweight)

Avoid tight clothing that squeeze the stomach area

Sleep with your head elevated

Avoid foods that make your symptoms worse such as coffee, chocolate, alcohol, peppermint, and fatty foods.
