Live style changes to treat Acid Reflux
Stop smoke (if your a smoker)
Eat meals at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime
Lose weight (if your overweight)
Avoid tight clothing that squeeze the stomach area
Sleep with your head elevated
Avoid foods that make your symptoms worse such as coffee, chocolate, alcohol, peppermint, and fatty foods.
