Weight Loss Journey week 4

We all deserve to be our best. Each individual must define what "best" means to them. 

What is your weight loss goal?

Everyday take steps towards that goal.  Not perfection  just action

Be realistic and face the facts what lessons are learning along the way?

Learn from your mistakes. Don't repeat the same thing and expect a different outcome.

Change begins in your head and heart. You must believe  the change and that the good. Know the change is good for you.

REMBER YOU ARE WORTH ALL THE HARD WORK 

Continue to eat balanced meals between 1200-1500 calories

Reaching for 10,000 steps per day. or at least exercising 3 times a week including but not limited to walking, running, cycling, hiking, yoga, dancing, strength training. 

Drinking 1/2 a gallon of water daily or more.
