Chandra lost total of  15 lbs in 8 weeks  with daily walking meal prep and lots of water

We thank you  all for joining us in our weight loss journey.  We are just getting started.   We pledge to live healthy physically and mentally.  We would love for your all to join us. 

The journey is not just about weight loss it's about living healthy, eating well balanced meals that are low in fats, low in sugar ,salt and high in fresh fruits vegetables.  It's about eating in a way that sensible and sustainable.  It is about not routinely allowing   stress and emotions dictate our food choices.  It is also about doing exercises that you enjoy and can be consistent with.   It's a lifestyle change.  We are all worth the time and effort it takes to live a healthy life.
