MOTIVATION CYCLE: REALIZE - RESOLVE - RESTATE - RESTART - REACH - RESULTS

• REALIZE - vocalize your awareness that what you wanted didn’t happen - you missed the target/ goal/ opportunity 
• RESOLVE - you must find the passion, confidence and commitment to keep on anyway in the face of perceived failure and profound obstacles 
• RESTATE - you must frame the story of ‘missed expectations’ as a learning experience and apply those lessons to future goal setting instruction and plans - acknowledge every small success as starter fluid for momentum
• RESTART - you must redouble your effort, action and focus with more intensity than before (apply 10X Rule Thinking here)
• REACH - Success is like swimming- you have to stretch and pull with each arm repeatedly until you reach your target - one arm won’t do it. Doggie paddles won’t do it. Survival swimming won’t get you there.
• RESULTS - What looks like LUCK to others is the result of perpetual plan and persistent action continually recreating achievement and success momentum. SUCCESS BEGETS SUCCESS. “ J Loren Norris
