“When a good leader focuses diligently on a solution, success is eminent. When a leader is hyper focused on a problem, the results are different. When a leader is focused selfishly on their own results, returns or rewards, they become blinded to the plight of others and unfruitful to the true cause of leadership. I do not recommend a leader be overwhelmed by distraction like a lion with a four legged stool. I do recommend they be aware enough to know their life, business and well being are often deeply impacted or forever altered by policies they could have stopped if they were aware enough to resist them.” J Loren Norris
