It seems odd how many people challenge the rights, wisdom and authority of a leaders.

• Some will challenges the leader because they believe it should be them.
• Some will challenge the leader because they have a differing opinion on how things should be done.
• Some will question the leader because they have their own issues with authority and refuse to be lead.
• Some feel like it is their calling to question everyone and everything.
