MUCH DESTRUCTION HAPPENS FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

INTERNAL PROBLEMS GO UNNOTICED
Generally its a trip to the emergency room which reveals the heart disease, the diabetes, the cancer, the fungus that is slowly killing the patient. When the blood pressure is on the rise, the symptoms are often mysterious and unnerving. When the arteries are clogged, the time is short. If action isn’t taken, a life could be. However, the factors or symptoms which result in the doctor’s visit, the ambulance ride or the trip to HR are secondary. The real problem began quietly and likely long ago.
THEY ALL START WITH AN IMBALANCE
An improper diet, bad information, lack of exercise, GMO intake, failed communication all of these contributions are the source of corruption which begins the silent destruction of organisms and organizations alike. An imbalanced approach to life sustaining processes, execution of goals, the intention of leadership will always lead to a growth of undesirable cells. Too much acid in the body will create fungus and candida. Too much tyranny in leadership will create rebellion and dissent. Too much dismissal of bad behavior, disregard for rules, disrespect for authority will create anarchy. Imbalance is damaging to the body, the team, the organization and the nation.
UNCHECKED THE FINAL EXPRESSION COULD BE FATAL
All of these imbalances will end in irreversible damage or destruction if they remain unchecked and therefor unchanged. Change is not easy. Change requires discipline. Change demands a serious look at the roots of a problem not a reexamination of the symptoms. No amount of yelling, proclaiming or declaring in agreement or disagreement with the symptom will provide a solution any more than painting over a termite infested home or fungus infected toe nail Will make the problem disappear.
It’s time to take a deeper look at the daily habits, choices, decisions and activities which lead us to this place of imbalance, or start making funeral plans.
