WHAT MAKES YOU A LEADER?
How many people actually answer to you? How can you call yourself a leader if you don’t have a bunch of people who have to do what you tell them?
It’s easy to hear questions like this and begin to question yourself. I did. When I was asked about #LeadingLeadersPoadcast and how I could claim the title so to speak when I wasn’t on the top of a heap of people who were under my control it was depressing.
For a moment I thought, perhaps I should go apply at a fast food restaurant and work my up to shift supervisor so I can truly call myself a leader.
