Sadly, a leader may choose to act in ways driven by current motivations such as revenge, preemptive attack or even mutual destruction. Sometimes these decisions and actions are motivated by a moment of fear, anger or a passion for success. I challenge you as a leader to be motivated in your decision making by compassion and not selfishness or self promotion alone.” J Loren Norris
