Katie Short, the best cocktail maker around graces us with her vocal cords this week! This bright and bubbly lady comes in hot with her first turning point of losing her mum. Katie's mother suffered from autoimmune diseases and sadly past away during covid. Around this awful period she also was bed ridden herself giving her a small glimpse at what her mother had to go through. Luckily it was a back injury she was able to recover from and bounce back better than ever.
The final section is around people pleasing and starting her own cocktail business. With a particular set of skills and a gap in the market, Katie has created Mingle + Me, cocktail catering and bartending services. With a few accolades under her belt, she is definitely a catch worth looking into!
