Todays episode talks about that feeling of being made to feel unwanted, unloved or just not good enough. I have, my whole life by parents, family, friends & partners. When I had my children I swore I wouldn't treat them how I had been, I would show them they were loved, safe and wanted and I did, even my grandsons. But it wasn't and hasn't been easy, in fact up until 7 years ago I was still struggling with those feelings, but then I started to work on self development and self love.
