Tonights episode talks about my experience as a teen runaway with ADHD, the impulsive decisions, not thinking about the consequences of my actions, my luck of not having anything happen to me and my feelings of not belonging, not fitting in no matter where I stayed. Its an emotional episode for me, re-telling what I went through isn't easy but I am here, 30 years later, still fighting the fight on mental health issues but knowing that I survive each day and so can you!
