Description

In this recap episode of Flow Over Fear, I share some of the lessons I learned from my interview with Eric Beach. Eric is an Army veteran, and served in the Iraq war. Having overcome significant childhood trauma, and PTSD, Eric went on to found Project Echelon, a non-profit that helps veterans recover from PTSD through sport. Eric also hosts The Journey Well, a YouTube channel that focuses on ease, surrender, and growth through Tarot.

Eric has been a friend and mentor of mine for many years, and his story is incredibly inspiring. Some of the topics I cover in this recap are:

- Feelings are valid, and trauma is anything that leads to upheaval. Comparison isn’t useful.

- How we should keep moving forward.

- The power of interaction as a tool to help combat hate.

- Our vices can be powerful teachers.

- The power of teachers to change lives.

- Tarot as a means to tell a story.
