"Welcome to this episode of Flow Over Fear and three things. Today,  we're discussing three simple ways to keep anxiety at bay on a  day-to-day basis. Whether you're familiar with these tools or not,  they're easy to use and can make a big difference in the moment. These  are techniques that have worked for many people, including myself.
