This is a near and dear episode to me as I sat down with Jessica Barclay as she discusses finding her start in pageantry at twenty-seven years of age. She discusses the intricate details of pageantry but also speaks about her transformation and growth not only as a contestant, but as a women finding herself. Jessica now uses a platform to help other women find their dreams and accomplish them. This episode is about identifying what you want, even if there are factors out of your control, developing a plan and doing it (Even if you fail or have awkward moments).
