Most of us think we are really good at just letting life happen to us. What I would like you to consider is what would actually happen if you planned your next quarter and next week. Just like the trainer plans your workouts, what if you planned your life just like you plan your daily tasks at work. Starting a new fitness regime that makes me so scared to step into by trusting the process and then putting in the work is so amazingly difficult for me to give into but I in doing so.....I am reaping the benefits of what planning and executing while aligned with my values can give me.
