40 years of not even knowing what my values were had shaken my life to it’s CORE.
In hiding behind my thoughts of I AM BETTER THAN and not looking at what was RELEVANT to my life for reasons of not wanting to deal with the reality that was around me.
I thought going to work and making money was serving everyone in my family but never looking at the FACT I was growing more and more distant from everyone in my life.
Now in looking at the FACTS, associating feelings towards those FACTS, and now looking at why that is relevant to my life within my values can I see how operating out of alignment with what I wanted in life would IMPLODE everything.
My story was the last 10 years has been so out of alignment and disconnected from my TRUE SELF.
