Rhonda Sawchuk has been in the Pipeline Industry all of her adult life but it was something that her father never wanted for her and myself having a daughter, I often think about it too as much as I love this industry.
The amazing part of her journey though is that Rhonda has endured some amazing experiences to get to where she is in her career and what has come out of her love of her people being a safety professional for many, many years is the fact she is now venturing into teaching men and women to navigate this lifestyle of the oilfield armed with the tools to deal with being away from our loved ones for months on end.
You can tell from how she talks she is so passionate about workers going home not just with all their fingers and toes but on top of that going home with purpose to their loved ones as well.
