Today's guest is someone very special to me. 
She was one of the first mentors that I looked to when I wanted to start selling myself online and the message we are spreading in this space of personal development in the Oil and Gas space. Not to mention her Webinar training I took of hers helped me launch a webinar in a week and actually filled the seats. 
Such a weird dynamic, I am not gonna lie. 
Nicole coming from being a high school math teacher to a Sales Coach and myself a Tradesman learning to navigate all of this to where I can effectively communicate my message but her authentic personality and the way she gets through to you is so amazing so I keep coming back.
Nicole's calling came out her darkest days of unhappiness in a corporate setting where she excelled as #1 Salesperson in the United States for Aramark which is no small feat in itself but even with that massive achievement felt zero fulfillment. 
In taking the plunge after years of dabbling in the online coaching she now coaches Health Coaches to learn to sell themselves full time. 
She explains how sales are important to those who are even not running their own business as they are selling themselves on a daily basis in any industry. 
In the oil and gas sector, relationships are the building blocks of a career and can make or break it.
This is about as RAW as I have ever seen a High School Math Teacher but man she can tell a story and imbed her message so deep, you just want to take action in whatever endeavor you are wanting to create. 
COVID has shown people what lack of action in their lives gives them when they rely on others to pay them.
