Shawn and I have had many years and many struggles working away as we have discussed on previous shows and today we wanted to talk about perseverance and how you keep showing up for you and your family when you have only so much time in a day and only so many things you want to accomplish.
We discuss some tools we use and especially when you are wanting to make a decision to either grow another business inside or outside of the oilfield and we always take into account that your family is your business.
When we get pushed off track and so many outside distractions pulling us one way or another and combine that with the emotions of working away, who do you turn to and how do you stay focused.
