Dean Nimmo is a Journeyman Pipefitter that is now an Area Manager for a major Oil and Gas company in Alberta, Canada. Dean has worked in a variety of positions to work up the ladder from project manager, at 35 going to get his journeyman pipefitter ticket, to now an Area Manager. His resilience and insight of asking for help at the end of his marriage, to working up the ladder in this type of environment are very inspiring and something everyone in the industry should hear.
