Tiffany VonOrff is one driven individual who, with a partner, is building a safe place for women to learn about welding and learn from other women before them, how to deal with the struggles of being a minority in a male dominated trade. I also had the opportunity to dive into what makes her tick and even got her to open up what it was like to leave her babies at home to pursue her dream while she welded all over the US. She does not usually talk about herself, so I am very grateful to be able to have her be REAL AND RAW with me and the listeners are the ones who get to benefit.
