It's the part where we put in the action to being Focused and Intentional. Transformation is more than just fitness. Healthy living is more that a number on the scale or food we consume. It is time to stop obsessing or neglecting and make real change. It's time to lose the weight of others opinions of you and what they say about you behind your back is none of your business.
