Description

There is lots of advice out that we should be more 'grounded' but what does this even mean and why do we need to be it?  This makes me think of 'keeping your feet on the ground' rather than having your 'head in the clouds' and the dictionary definition of Grounded as an adjective certainly points to that.
But Grounding is a science backed process that we can use to discharge stress into the ground and has numerous health benefits, FACT.
