I first tried Meditating about 5 years ago and failed but kept wondering what it was all about and why was there so much emphasis on it. I eventually succeeded in practicing during the 1st Covid lock down and relatively quickly it became part of my daily routine.
Nothing in our own self-growth is difficult, it just takes a desire to do it and a decision to start. Self-growth is full of AHA moments and happiness, there is no hard work, just fear of making the first move.
