Not necessarily a Feng Shui topic but important for personal energy and health. The way we breathe is actually very important. Breathing helps regulate body systems as well as helps to determine the quality of sleep we’re getting. If we’re not breathing correctly we could have adverse side effects. Today, I discuss some breathing techniques used by Daoist.
