There’s nothing wrong with that, but we often fail before we even get into a routine because we’ve set unrealistic expectations and put little thought into the process we will follow to get us to those goals. A simple shift in focus can make all the difference when it comes to achieving our goals. They say “trust the process” for a reason. But first, let’s build one.
