Fitness and finances are two topics than many people get uncomfortable discussing because we have deep-seeded personal biases based on our upbringing and experiences. They also can feel overwhelming because there is so much information out there and it can get confusing on what is the right path. But, once we realize that both of these are reliant much more on our behavior and psychology than the numbers, we can make the connections very easily. And while we discuss some nuts and bolts of both fitness and finances in this episodes, it’s really about changing our behaviors and mindset in ways that can be applied to any situation.
