In this 1993 Rowdy Harrington film Bruce Willis plays an aging cop with a knee brace and a drinking problem. When his father who is also a cop is murdered Bruce rats out of his partner and ends up on river patrol where he discovers all his old girlfriends are being murdered. He has sex with his partner, does cocaine, is constantly reminded of his drinking problem and wins the Detillo cop of the year award.
