Cooking is one of my PASSIONS in life!! I love to cook and I cook fresh meals almost everyday. I am not a leftovers kinda gal and I HATE the microwave!! If I’m reheating leftovers, I’m air frying everytime. Today we’re going over how to get started: supplies you’ll need, tools available to you, and your grocery budget. If you’re eating out more than 3 times a week, you’re spending too much on food!! I challenge you to cook your favorite restaurant meal at home this week. It will be significantly cheaper, tastier, and easier on your belly! Are you a cook-everyday person, or a take-out person? What’s holding you back from cooking at home more?
