Deciding when it’s time to go to therapy is Hard!! Let’s talk about it. We’re going over when I decided to go to therapy, mental health amidst the pandemic, and virtual therapy. And most important, prioritizing yourself. I mean, for real, how often do you do things that benefit you and ONLY YOU? I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, we all need to BE MORE SELFISH!
