I coached High School basketball in Texas! People ask if we were any good... lets just say we were competitive! One thing I new how to do was call timeouts. A timeout is used to change the momentum, regroup, put in a specific play, encourage the team and often to give everyone a chance to catch their breath. We could all use a time out in our lives. In today's episode we talk about timeouts, and how they are important to our health and sanity and that they don't always have to be a long vacation.
