Description

Episode 5 is another discussion based podcast.  We will be discussing what additional tests can be completed to get a better overall picture of the performance of your athlete or client.  We will review strengths and limitations of the functional movement screen.  We will review 5 tests each looking at different pillars of movement quality.  With each test we will describe the "why" behind each test and give a few exercise tips on how to correct it if quality is poor.
