Today we sit down with Crossfit and performance coach Sean Wells who owns Oregon Crossfit in Bend, OR.  Sean has a ton of experience in training athletes and fitness clients and it shows in our conversation.  We discuss his pillars of Crossfit programming, how he modifies programming if any between athletes, and his views on recovery.  During the interview we even get into specifics of methods to improve posterior chain strength and managing pain.  It's a great discussion and I guarantee you will get some valuable information.
