In today's episode I discuss the question; "How do you stay consistent with your diet for so long?"
A lot of people are confused to what actually goes into the diet for a prep and I can tell you it doesn't have to be your stereotypical bro diet! Importantly, it has to work for you both physically and mentally, in fact for long term adherence in this sport your diet has to be enjoyable so you never end up resenting eating a certain way.
