My goal is to keep people healthy rather than just managing symptoms or taking a one-size-fits-all approach to specific health concerns. I use a comprehensive analysis of my clients’ complete history, including diet, emotional well-being, exposure to environmental toxins, lifestyle habits, etc., to create a very personalized treatment plan and to help them manage a wide variety of health/mental/emotional, physical and relational concerns. My goal as a Nutritional therapist is to find the root cause and teach you tools to heal yourself.
