Frank Lampard is the manager of the month for October 2019/2020. Frank's young, exciting team have had us on the edge of our seats and they've been very impressive so far. Chelsea have won 3/3 in October, most notably the Burnley game where they dominated the game. Frank has really taken this young team to the next level and without a transfer window, they've done remarkably well.
