Just a quick rant on my newest edition of Traffic Talk. Its about the fans that wake up one morning and support clubs that are winning and dominating football or are have done in recent times. I immediately raise my eyebrow when somebody from South Africa who has no connection to but still supports Manchester City or Barcelona or Real Madrid. I speculate that people choose these clubs because of a lack of loyalty or wanting to be cool because you're team is whats hot. I also believe that it demonstrates a low threshold for losing or inability to deal with losing. I identify the risk averse people the minute they tell me this. I have mad respect for fans of Premier League teams outside the top 10 because they show me that they stick with that club through good and bad. Hop in my comments and tell why you support Manchester City or any other top European club?. If you live in South Africa - it is highly unlikely that your dad was born in Catalonia or your mother is from Manchester.
