Part One of a two-part conversation: Dhara is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with more than 10 years into technical recruiting. She has lived, worked and studied in three different countries. She immigrated to Canada more than eight years ago and is now grateful to be the citizen of this country.

Some of the things we talk about:

• Cultural Diversity: Dhara shared her experiences with cultural diversity in India, the US, and Canada. She emphasized the importance of avoiding stereotypes and assumptions when dealing with people from different cultures.

• The Journey to Talent Acquisition: Dhara's journey from IT consultant to talent acquisition is a testament to the power of diverse experiences. She even worked with Robert Herjavec from ABC's Shark Tank!
