Part Two of a two part interview: Shini Sahni is a mental wellness and fitness coach who worked as a psychotherapist for 17 years in India before transitioning into coaching. A mom, a watercolour artist, a founder and a soon to be author, Shini is moving to Canada later this year.




In this second part, Shini talks about, India’s cultural diversity and how it connects to relocating to Canada, the awareness of cultural tendencies and how it differs from stereotyping, and being proud of your culture while living outside of it.
