Life with God is not static: he has delivered us from the broken desert of our lives so that we can participate in his life, healing, and character in a progressive, ongoing way.
God has come to us and day by day makes it possible for us to walk with him closer and closer, until that last day when we arrive in the heavenly city where JOY will displace sorrow forever.
