Therapy 101 (Part 1) is all about what to expect in therapy, especially if this is your first time even considering it! As always, we asked YOU for any questions you might have about starting therapy, and as per usual you guys came through =D

We thought hard and long about each question, and here is the final product!

In this session, we cover:

  10. How to find a therapist
  11. Are there different kinds/styles of therapists/therapy?
  12. What do therapists take notes about?
