Today Charlotte chats with Erica Greenwell.
Erica is a mother of 3 under the age of 8 and a registered Clinical Nutritionist who holds a BBA and Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine). She is deeply passionate about educating and supporting her Clients' health through nutritious food. Erica aims to optimise all aspects of her client's health including gastrointestinal, metabolic function, hormonal support, disease prevention and improving longevity.
