In this episode I have a great chat with Brinie - mother of two and entrepreneur extraordinaire. She has some great habits established in order ensure her wellbeing is attended to, so she can be the mum she wants to be.   
Her wellbeing habits are: 

1. Say no to alcohol
2. Created a daily habit for a mindful walk (and nobody is invited)
3. Slow down - creating pockets of slow with her kids throughout the day
Brinie's beautiful family tradition involves a Sunday bike ride with the kidlets... and ducks!
