This was a wing it episode. There were no notes, Erin and I just opened the microphones and talked about what has been challenging through this challenge and what we think life will be like after the challenge.


I am finding it hard to remain strictly compliant because of my "shoot myself in the foot" logging failures.


I talk to Erin about living a challenge lifestyle and is her life becoming a series of one challenge right after another.


We also talk about morning person vs night owl and is time shifting life a possibility.
