Get some form of movement each day - I find a walk in nature helps me. 2. Exercise helps depression. It is well known to release the hormones of depression.
3. Find a diet that works for you. Eating healthy is important for the body and mind.
4. Remove alcohol for 90 days at least. It is not good for you to drink alcohol to reduce stress.
5. Journaling helps us to find out in life.
6. Positive self talk helps you to have a positive mindset daily.
