If you haven't heard about PAYGO, it is the County's recent attempts to take tax money from Tucson city residents to pay for the unincorporated areas of Pima County to have roads... If you live in Tucson, just know this.. you recently voted down a Bond measure from the County to fix their failing roads. Meanwhile, Chuck Huckleberry has figured out a way to get around the voters will!
