When Adam sinned we all sinned. When Adam sinned we were all doomed to die. But I wasn't there so how can that be fair?
Romans 5 explains the marvel of God's sovereign wisdom and grace in setting up a system where one man's decisions can impact everyone else. Why? Because if one man can sin and all the rest become sinners, then through one man's life, death, and resurrection, sinners can be saved.
